WHAT IS INCLUDED

A connection, provided by your G&M representative, between you and the necessary service providers for a single service or home repair need.
This includes the option of your G&M representative obtaining quotes and offering recommendations as to the best option for you.
6 connections are available per calendar month.
Additional service connections are available at a flat fee of $50.00 per connection.

A weekly property check-in from your dedicated G&M representative (whether you are in residence or away) to ensure all utilities are functioning and that no property damage has occurred.
A full report will be provided to you indicating what has been checked and whether there are any repairs or services needed.
This service supersedes the Issue Assessment service that is available on lower tiers.

An option where your G&M representative can oversee service providers and monitor progress on projects at your property at mutually agreed-upon intervals.
4 hours available per calendar month.

Additional Property Check-ins, Project Oversight, and Service Connections can be procured each calendar month.
Project Oversight Add-On Rate of $50 per hour.
