This includes the option of your G&M representative obtaining quotes and offering recommendations as to the best option for you.
4 connections are available per calendar month.
Additional service connections are available at a flat fee of $50.00 per connection.

A visit from your G&M representative to your property to assess a home repair issue and determine what service provider G&M should connect you with.
2 visits are available per calendar month.

An add-on option where your G&M representative can oversee service providers and monitor progress on projects at your property at mutually agreed-upon intervals.
Add-on Rate of $50 per hour.
